Hand Descriptions
Bidding:
The bidding hands use up to four sequential displays and usually take the user through several decisions to arrive at the final contract. The user is furnished the vulnerability, his hand, and a bidding box that provides the bidding up to the point where the user is asked to make a decision. When a conventional bid is made, the user can obtain its definition by clicking on the underlined bid in the bidding box.
Play:
The play hands are based on the same approach as daily newspaper bridge columns. The user is provided vulnerability, the entire bidding in a bidding box, his hand and the dummy. We provide the play up to a key point where the user is asked to make a decision on the proper play. A distinct advantage of our approach is that we proceed in a dynamic fashion by sequencing through two or more displays. This makes the hands more interesting and provides an improved learning process.
